   Our mission was to engineer a floating axle rear able to stand up to the abuses of racing designed specifically for smaller scale race cars. We have reached our goal  making our floater kits very user friendly requiring no special tools or equipment to install, saving the racer time and money. Our kits are incredibly dependable (not a single broken axle to date) and also use less torque and horsepower than a quick change.   We  have customers in several states including; Arizona, Florida, Iowa, New Jersey, Ohio, Texas, Wyoming, Delaware, California and Tennessee (check out our Photos link above).
   Our floater system has now expanded beyond use for miniature cars and is being used in SCCA racing as well (check out our SCCA link above for more info). The applications for this system include any car using a Toyota rear, 8 or 10 bolt and anything else a customer may want to put it into! Above left, the floater is mounted to the toyota housing complete with brake caliper. Right, this is all you need to upgrade your toyota rear  to a full floater rear end (long axle not shown). It is a true bolt-on system, there are no housing modifications or welding required. All you need is simple hand tools and a couple of hours and you are done. Heck, you don't even have to remove the rear end from the car to install it!
 
 

Here you can see the back side of the hub assembly bolted to the stock housing end. It really is that simple, bolt it on and go racing!
 

 
 
Our axles are custom made to fit any car. You don't have to "chop" the ends to make them fit. This allows you to use your existing housing that you already have. Best of all, you don't have to modify your chassis around our floater, we designed it especially for the needs of miniature race cars. We use A-356 cast aluminum drive flanges with a steel insert molded into the flange when it is poured. This lets us spline into steel instead of aluminum for a much stronger spline at the wheel. The axles are easily removed for gear changes by simply removing the three bolts of the flange cover and sliding the axle through, the wheel never has to come off.

Our latest hub design, lighter and with two bolts to hold the drive flanges in place when the wheel is removed. Complete hub assembly wheighs just 9 lbs.

2) You don't have to modify your 10 bolt housing in any manner to install it
